I came into one my favorite local hookah bars here in San Antonio; Bubblehead Tea to smoke a bowl of a new mix they told me about that Starbuzz is getting ready to release in a while called blue melon I want to say, so I went ahead and ordered a bowl and i must say this is probably one of the most mellow flavor combinations ive had in a good long while, and is something I will defiantly be ordering again in the very near future. So lets get onto this review shall we?
Scent: I was only able to smell the Blue Mist tin alone, but it smells like blueberry and mint in a sense, im trying to be as accurate as possible with this, so bare with me. The Safari Melon Dew, however I have had the pleasure of smoking at Narras hookah cafe, and it smells just like a honeydew melon if you will.
Cut: Starbuzz shisha will always have that long, strain-like, cut weve all come to know and love.
Flavor/Harshness: The flavor of this combination is unlike anything ive ever smoked to be honest. Its just mellow, and relaxing what more can I say? its defiantly a complete opposite to the Fuzzy Lemonade I reviewed previously and as far as it being harsh on the throat or lungs? at first it does tend to tickle the throat, but after about 10-15 minutes that sensation subsides and youre able to enjoy it pretty well.
Rating: For this amazing flavor combination, im going to give it a 8.5+, I was just blown away by the quality of not only flavor, but smoke clouds as well. It gave me a small head buzz, and that all I really wanted for todays smoke session, nothing too powerful, nothing to weak, something just right and thats what I found.
Happy smoking.

Starbuzz: Exotic Fuzzy Lemonade
At first, this shisha can be harsh and quite a pain to get used to smoking because there are quite a few factors that come into play with this flavor.
Scent: The scent right out of the tin is like a kick to the face with a very potent lemon scent, almost as if you’re smelling a fresh sliced lemon. Its so potent it does have a tendency to sting your nose just a tad bit but nevertheless a great scent.
Cut: Like all of Starbuzz’s shishas, it’s a long strainy moist cut which is nothing short of what to expect from the great Starbuzz company.
Smoke: Nice thick clouds are produced as well, though Starbuzz has a nice consistent cloud thickness with all of it’s products
Flavor/Harshness: The flavor is pretty decent if I do say so myself. The taste is comparable to squeezing fresh lemon juice on your tongue which I liked personally, I must admit I can’t see why this flavor has the Fuzzy in it’s name. Most fuzzy flavors, make you think of peach, or fuzzy navel which are typically mellow flavors.
This flavor does sting the back of your throat with each drag taken and does induce coughing. If you’re able to get past this i dont see why it wouldn’t be an enjoyable flavor to smoke regularly. Maybe if this were to be mixed with strawberry or some other sweet fruit flavor it might even out not only the tartness, but the harshness as well.
Rating: On a scale of 1-10 id give this about a 5.6 only because I did find it rather difficult to smoke, but I am always open to your opinions and takes on this flavor.
With my shisha reviews just starting out I will always welcome other people’s reviews and second thoughts so feel free to do a review of it yourself and sen it to me so that I may share it with everybody else
